We teach a ‘Sing/Dance/Act class from 9:30am-11am (£7.50) Saturdays at Bridgehall
Children Learn a variety of performance skills in all three disciplines. We work with everything from pop music to musical theatre songs. Various styles of movement training from contemporary, jazz, hip hop and musical theatre style and work with excerpts of scripts from film, books and of course theatre. Children get a jam-packed lesson filled with high quality training, delivered by degree educated performing arts practitioner Miss Annemarie Mahoney who has both trained and worked in the Fields of performing arts and education for over 20 years, tutoring in many primary schools and leading theatre academies across greater Manchester. Her choreographies have won many 1st place awards and trophies at various competitions and have gained over 50,000 youtube views.
Our second class is purely ‘street dance’ 11:15am-12:15am (£5) Saturdays Bridgehall
This session is 1 hour intense dance training. Children learn all correct warm up, stretch and cool down practices. We work on hip hop grooves and foundation techniques and learn new choreography every week. Every end of term all classes put on a performance for all the family to come and enjoy!
